Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He began in the year 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is driven to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet as well as a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds.
